Live Fee FREE for a Year Offer - Terms and Conditions

1) The “Live fee free for a year” offer (Offer) is available to prospective buyers who have reserved a property between January 1 and March 17, 2012.

2) The Property must settle by June 30, 2012.

3) The Offer consists of Lend Lease Primelife Limited (“Lend Lease”) paying to the buyer a lump sum payment of an amount equal to 12 months of the then current service fees that would be payable by the buyer in advance at the date of settlement (“Lump Sum Payment”). The buyer is then responsible for paying the service fees to the village.

4) The offer is only valid for independent living units at the villages set out in item 12 below and applies to the service fees as outlined in the resident agreement.

5) Cancelled deposits/reservations or contracts are not eligible for the Offer. Lend Lease reserves the right to reclaim the cost of the Offer in the case of cancellation after payment has been made.

6) Subject to item 5, in the event that the contract is terminated prior to the expiration of 12 months from the date of settlement, Lend Lease will be entitled to a refund of that part of the Lump Sum Payment which has not been applied towards the payment of service fees.

7) The Offer is not redeemable for cash or transferable.

8) Lend Lease reserves the right to withdraw the Offer at any time.

9) The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

10) To the full extent permitted by law, Lend Lease and its related entities exclude all liability however so arising (including all liability arising from negligence on the part of Lend Lease, and its related entities or its officers, employees or agents) for any
loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special or consequential or personal injury which is suffered or sustained arising in any way out of or in conjunction with the Offer.
