Martha's Point is ultimate retirement resort
Situated in Mt Martha and just minutes from the beach, Martha’s Point is one of Primelife’s ultimate retirement options.
The resort boasts luxurious facilities in a world-class location and, according to Dale and Suzie Monro, one couple who bought their Martha’s Point villa off the plan; the resort has far exceeded their expectations.
“We bought our villa before a single brick had been laid and it was one of the best decisions we ever made!” Dale said.
“We spend summer at our Martha’s Point home and in winter we head up to Queensland for the warmer weather. I am lucky enough to spend the whole year in shorts – there aren’t many people who can say that!
“Being able to lock up our house and leave, knowing it’s secure, is a very comforting feeling – we really are free to do what we please.
“I play golf three times a week, we spend a lot time with friends and family and we have a huge range of leisure and recreational activities to tap into – what more could we want?”
According to Kevin, Primelife’s regional sales manager, the thought of change is often one of the biggest barriers that people face when considering retirement living.
“We are all worried about change but the reality is that retirement living opens up a whole new range of possibilities – new friends, new activities and, importantly, the freedom to do as little or as much as you please,” Kevin said.
Surrounded by more than 170 vineyards and 13 challenging golf courses, the resort facilities include a brand new community centre that offers a range of leisure activities, including a swimming pool, gym, lounge areas and bar, bowling green and a tennis court.
