The necessities of life
All the necessities of life are within walking distance of the resort. A local shopping centre with medical facilities, convenience store, bakery, hairdresser, chemist, butcher and more, is adjacent to the eastern boundary and a major Woolworths shopping centre is to the north.
A public library and all the major banks are also nearby, and an ambulance service and private hospital are only minutes from the resort.
Activities within the resort are plentiful – craft, cards, petanque, choir and music groups, table tennis and billiards are just a few of the range to be found. The Community Centre with its landscaped pool and barbecue area is at the heart of everything that’s going on. If you are looking to play golf or bowls, several clubs are within 15 minutes’ drive.
The resort has its own bus with a free and convenient service to shopping centres, as well as scheduled tours to beaches and attractions throughout the area. The local bus service runs right by the main entrance.
