Delicious, nutritious meals served up daily

Meals are prepared by professional cooks and served in the dining room, often with a choice of different dinners each night. If you prefer to eat breakfast in your apartment, it can be provided the night before. In addition, if you're feeling unwell other meals can be delivered to your apartment too.

Our team aims to provide a good variety of nutritious, tasty meals that everyone will enjoy. We are open to your suggestions and, of course, there will always be some old favourites!

You're also welcome to invite your close family and friends to enjoy a meal with you in the dining room (you'll just need to pre-arrange this each time).

Living in a Serviced Apartment is a bit like living in a small village. There are lots of familiar, friendly faces, community facilities and things to do.

It's completely up to you how involved you want to be with the people and activities that are on offer. Most of our residents are quite active and enjoy going out to spend time with family and friends or having them drop in for a 'cuppa'.

All of our complexes have a dining room, lounge areas, hair salon and a library, many have computers with internet access, and some even have a pool and spa or a bowling green. There are also consulting suites with doctors and other health professionals visiting on a regular basis.

Let us take care of the cleaning and heavy laundry

Once a week, our friendly staff come and clean your apartment from top to bottom. They vacuum the carpet, mop the floors and thoroughly clean the bathroom and kitchenette.

At the same time, your bed sheets and towels are changed and laundered for you. Which means you have fresh linen to go with your beautiful fresh apartment!

In most of the villages the gardens are a source of great pride and provide a perfect environment to spend time outdoors. An experienced gardener cares for the grounds and we also undertake any necessary building maintenance and care for the communal areas. So you can enjoy all the benefits without all the work.

It may seem obvious, but the overriding consideration we have when designing our apartments is that they are your home and they should feel that way. It's very important to have your own space - somewhere you feel completely comfortable and secure.

All of our buildings are secure, as is each apartment. In addition, one of the real benefits of living in a small community is that people tend to look out for each other.

For extra peace-of-mind, all of the apartments have 24-hour emergency call buttons and residents can also wear a personal alarm if they wish. Help is never too far away if you need it.

Apartments designed with you in mind

Each of our apartments includes all of the things you need to make it your home, including a full bathroom and a kitchenette* with good quality fittings. Even though meals are provided, it's good to be able to prepare snacks, have the occasional meal in your apartment, or simply make a cup of tea.

While some people may feel completely comfortable with a studio apartment, others may want extra room. That's why we offer a range of apartment styles and sizes.

How you use and furnish your apartment is completely up to you. Whether you take the opportunity to buy all new furniture or bring your own things with you, there's always room for your most treasured possessions.
