Our apartments are probably more affordable than you expect, but it’s important to be very clear about all the costs involved, namely:
1. Ingoing — The cost of securing the property
2. Ongoing — A Service Fee, usually paid monthly, covering the costs of services such as meals, amenities, council rates, cleaning etc.
3. Outgoing — The cost of the apartment sale (known as the Deferred Management Fee)
